This event took place at Hereford Technology School on Friday, 8th. February, 2008. All the local secondary schools except Western and Healing took part. St James' School also participated. The Guest of Honour was Mr Jim Cunningham, Executive Head Teacher for the Federation of Hereford and Western Technology Schools. It was arganized by members of the Grimsby and District Quiz League: The questionmistresses and master were Prue Whincup, Tree Singleton and Malcolm Towle. Other question setters were Ian Townsend, Olive Jones, Geoff Turner and Dick Birtles. Sheila Mercer took care of the refreshments and finances. The scorers were Andrew Hunter and Dave Shearsmith. Technical support was provided by Darren and the Hereford team. House management fell to Bob Wheeler, Moira Tabois, Kelly and Arthur.
